Her commitment to her clients and love of her profession is visible with every appointment. She pays attention to detail, takes the time to ensure all of her procedures are extremely safe and hygienic, and creates a warm and friendly atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease.
It always amazes me how much I love everything she does because our styles are so very different. It is the mark of a true professional to be able to adapt and accommodate so many different client tastes, depending not only on what they want, but also on what would work best for their needs. She always puts her clients first and tailors each appointment to the individual. She will never lead you astray and you can trust that if you are ever asking for something that may not be the best option for you, she will speak up and lead you in the right direction. Not many people will do that nowadays since everyone is just focused on the bottom dollar. Not Scotia — she is focused on providing the best possible services and experience for each client.
The first time I went to her was for a manicure and pedicure (which is an extremely rare thing for me to do in the first place) and it far exceeded my expectations. Since then, she has also done my makeup for events because I have no clue how to do my own. For one event, I gave up all control (so hard for me to do) and just trusted her to run with whatever makeup idea she felt worked best with my outfit and my personality and somehow (I probably shouldn’t have been as surprised as I was), she pulled it off fantastically. I’ll admit I was skeptical because I’m not a big makeup person; but, somehow, she knew exactly what would work for me. Even my husband went to Scotia to have her style his hair for Comic-Con. It, like everything else she does, was amazing!
She is versatile, professional, and I’m sorry that this is practically a novel; but, I can’t say enough about how impressive this woman is — make your appointment now! You won’t regret it

She is very personable and has a more gentle touch than other makeup artists I’ve experienced. As a woman who rarely wears makeup and when I do wearing very little, Scotia gave me a full face of camera ready makeup that didn’t leave me feeling like I was wearing a mask. “Had my second visit at Sweet Cherry Spa this week and fabulous service as always 🙂 I was SUPER nervous the first time to have my brows tinted but was feeling brave after my pedicure and chatting w Scotia, so I added it to my brow wax. She is very careful NOT to over wax brows and took the time to shape them exactly how I wanted. LOVED the tint and couldn’t believe what a difference it made. My second appointment, I braved adding lash tinting as well as brow tinting. The first tint, appeared to be a little light, so I let Scotia know this when she asked me and she took the time to re-tint them to EXACTLY how I liked them, with no complaints, groans, or anything at all except exceptional customer service. I LOVE the way my brows and lashes turned out and I left one VERY satisfied customer. I have been using a variety of Sweet Cherry’s services (including, show makeup, wedding makeup, facial waxing, strip lash application, individual lash extensions etc) since last year and have been very happy with everything. Scotia ‘s work it meticulous, her knowledge is extensive and prices are extremely competitive (I’ve been to a lot of places for services like this in the past).
