I haven’t done one of these in so long, I get so busy and then burnt out before I ever get a chance to think about it. But this year I have had the time to think about what Sweet Cherry is going to look like over the next few years as the begining of construction on Victoriaville has offically started!

We won multiple golds and runner up for many awards.

Scotia got back into special effects props and makeup design for the play “Moosef*cker Ontario”.

Joshua joined our team in the summer as a assistant makeup artist. Chelsea took more bridal clients this summer too.

Scotia was invited to be a judge for the 2025 Drag Sovereign Supreme pagent.

I signed another 3 year lease for my space which will take me past the end of the Revitalization Project for Victoria Ave. I will get to see all the work that’s been done and get a chance too see the benefits and impact on the spa and area. It also brings me up to my youngest child graduating highschool so I can really assess where my life and journey looks like with adult children.

Changes for 2026

• facials and lash lifts will no longer be offered. This is due to not fulfilling my contractual obligations with dermalogica of buying enough throughout the year. I cant afford to research and buy into another full line. Lash lifts are the least popular service so I’ve decided just to cut it; without doing it regularly I admit I struggle with them.
• a 3% price increase will be implemented to just reflect the years inflation rates.
• We are changing our bridal contracts (any signed contracts and booked makeups will not be affected) A base travel fee will be rising to 20$ to reflect rising gas prices and higher costs for car repairs ( This has not been changed in 8 years so its due time )
